Live Training

-Live Introductory Event:
At this FREE event, those attending are shown how the current real estate market works and given a glance at what opportunities there are for those looking to invest. They are then taught different strategies and techniques to know how they should approach investing in the various markets.

This training is offered to those who decide to continue their real estate education at the conclusion of the Introductory Event. Those who continue into this workshop receive instruction on investing in the form of strategies, tips, continued education, and information applicable to the current markets.

-Boots on the Ground:
This is an advanced training program that takes place in the markets of the student, showing them how to work real estate in their own areas in both the field and classroom. The training offered here includes the newest techniques taught on real estate investing.

-Investor Expo:
The Buying Summit is an event where students are given the opportunity to buy assets and conduct deals, along with receiving training from top real estate trainers.

-Inner Circle Camp:
This camp is specifically designed for those students looking to take their experience as an investor to whole new level, including a tour through Buy PD headquarters in Utah where they can take a look behind the scenes at what the team behind their investments experiences every day in providing quality product and customer service.

On Demand Training

-Seller Financing Boot Camp:
With this boot camp, you’ll have real estate gurus teaching you firsthand how conduct a deal from start to finish, figure return rates, sell notes, make sure a buyer is qualified, market specifically for seller financing, and even more.

-Residential Rentals Boot Camp:
Here you learn more about rental contracts, laws existing between landlords and tenants, how to find and finance deals as well as find and qualify tenants, along with other valuable trainings.

-Quick Cash Boot Camp:
You’ll be trained here on quick cash strategies and have all of the details on executing deals professionally outlined for your use. You will also learn more about flipping properties, assigning contracts, single-family units, probates, short sales, and foreclosures.

-Cash Flow Boot Camp:
This particular boot camp includes in-depth classroom training on different lease options, sandwich leases, commercial properties, and even mobile home parks. Real estate gurus will teach you firsthand about different cash flow strategies including how you should weight immediate cash deals against residual income.

-Rehabbing Boot Camp:
Here is where you learn to really do your homework and due diligence on different real estate purchasing opportunities using the approach and skills of rehabbing. The information here is valuable to both those looking to fix and flip, and those looking to fix and hold.

Home Study Courses

-Real Estate Investor Series:
Introduce yourself to those strategies and elements that make up real estate investing using this home study course. With this series, you’ll be taken one step at a time from the most basic to the more advanced strategies available, including how to correctly close deals and determine property value to make better offers. Financing options are also covered, introducing you to methods like creative financing, hard moneylenders, leasing options, and more.

Software Tools

-Real Estate Pro Software:
This software allows you to view and conduct research on practically any property available in the United States, and offers in-depth information and education on the property areas you select, including crime rates and property incomes, using the software’s Community Profile tool.

One-On-One Training

-Inner Circle:
Briefly described above, the Inner Circle is the highest level of training, and was created in order to help students move into investing quickly while avoiding the mistakes. Lending & Investing Resources

The lender we work with, Insider’s Cash, is an independent third-party lender who works with commercial loans. Those borrowing need to be an active business entity, such as a corporation or LLC, with a loan limit of no more than $750,000 per property being financed. The approval of any loan is conditional upon the lender’s underwriting and lending requirements.

Insider’s Cash, otherwise called ABC or Flip Deals, has the ability to provide you with the funds you need in order to complete your transaction, while in compliance with the escrow and lending requirements.

-3-Day Loan:
Our 3-day transaction is fast and to the point, and is perfect for those investors who have their deal ready to close just prior to taking the loan. How it works is that you use Insider’s Cash funds to purchase the property you plan to flip, then you sell the property to your end buyer within the next day or two, with almost all of the funds being retained by you. But know that in order for Insider’s Cash to sell the funds for your purchase, the money from your end buyer must be in trust with the title company first. This loan plan is recommended only for those transactions that are quick and to the point.

-3-Month Loans:
Obviously not all deals take place within a 72-hour period, and if that is the case then Insider’s Cash also provides a 3-month loan program that provides investors with easy transactional funding to help you seize more opportunities. Any deals that require a little more time or rehab work, or properties that have a longer marketing time, are a great fit for a 3-month loan.

-3-Year Loans:
Insider’s Cash understands how important it is for you as a real estate investor to get competitive financing from banks at the lowest possible rate. This is a factor that influences heavily how much profit your business makes on the properties you either do or intend to hold. With that understanding, Insider Cash’s 3-year loan offers that type of financing.

Working with them to finance your current properties, or even future assets, the amount of working capital belonging to you doubles, which in turn helps to increase your cash flow, property appreciation, and opportunities available on the property for tax deductions.
